How long does it take for my order to ship?

We make every effort to ship orders within 48 hours; however, during the holiday season, shipping times may increase.

Do you guarantee shipment times?

No, we can not guarantee shipping times. Unfortunately, once packages leave our facility, we have no control over how the shipping companies handle them.

Do you offer FREE shipping?

Yes, we offer FREE shipping on all US orders for $99 or more.

When will I receive my order if it's shipped outside the US?

Timing for international orders can vary. We offer several options, economy, priority, and express. During check-out, you can select the option that works best.

Will I have to pay Customs and Duties on International Orders?

Yes, customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package - the value is the retail cost. We can not declare any package as a "gift" to avoid customs and duties fees, and we do not know what you will be charged.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, we offer local pick-up from our headquarters in Copley, Ohio. Please call our support team to place an order over the phone and schedule a pickup time. When ordering direct, you will not only save on shipping, but you will also receive 15% off.

I need to update my billing or shipping information, or make changes to items in my order.

Please get in touch with us ASAP to see if we can update your address; once an order starts to process, there is a small window that we can edit and make changes. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes once an order begins to ship.

I need to cancel my order

At this time, we cannot make any changes to orders once they are placed. This includes removing an item, combining multiple orders, delaying shipment, upgrading the shipping method, changing an address, or canceling the order. Once orders are submitt

My item arrived damaged
