Twist cap to open Gel Pod. Each Pod contains enough gel for 2 whitening treatments. Apply a quarter of the Pod to the top of the mouth tray, and apply another quarter of the Pod to the bottom of the mouth tray. Save the other half for your next treatment. Alternatively, the gel can be applied directly to your teeth with a finger or toothbrush.
