When using multiple codes for one order, codes may not apply correctly.
We only honor one promo code per transaction, which includes subscription orders and store credit. If your order qualifies for free shipping, free shipping will automatically apply at checkout.
If you are only using one code, make sure you enter the code in the "gift card or discount code "area on the right-hand side of the screen at check out.
