Yes, you can use the LED whitening system without the Real White Gel. However, for the best results, we do recommend using both together. The Whitening Gel contains hydroxyapatite and minerals to help restore the enamel. The RED/BLUE LED light helps kill bacteria that cause gingivitis, whiten teeth, and restore the gum tissue. In addition, when used together, the tray allows the Real White Gel to have a longer contact time with your teeth, which helps speed up the remineralization process.
